Integrità scientifica
I risultati scientifici devono essere affidabili: i ricercatori, l'economia e la società fanno affidamento su di essi. Per essere all'altezza di questa fiducia, tali risultati devono essere prodotti secondo standard riconosciuti e in modo trasparente. La collaborazione scientifica ha successo quando nessuno trae vantaggio a scapito di altri.
L'integrità scientifica è un atteggiamento che soddisfa questi obiettivi. ? evidente nel nostro lavoro quotidiano e nei nostri rapporti reciproci ed è decisiva per il successo a lungo termine della scienza. Autocritica, trasparenza e correttezza sono elementi essenziali di questo atteggiamento. L'integrità praticata con successo è riconosciuta come Buona prassi scientifica etichettato.
Le linee guida istituzionali possono fornire orientamento e certezza sui temi dell'integrità scientifica e della buona prassi scientifica. Tuttavia, poiché si tratta di norme sociali in costante e spesso rapida evoluzione, soprattutto nell'ambiente della ricerca, tali linee guida devono essere costantemente oggetto di riflessione e adattamento.
La violazione dell'integrità scientifica è generalmente riconosciuta come Cattiva condotta scientifica etichettato.
Le norme vincolanti sono contenute in diversi documenti dell'ETH di Zurigo:
- Il testo centrale è il linee guida per l'integrità nella ricerca,che definiscono gli aspetti chiave della pratica dell'integrità all'ETH di Zurigo.
- Il Regole di procedura per i sospetti di cattiva condotta nella ricerca regolamenta in dettaglio come affrontare casi specifici di possibile cattiva condotta scientifica.
- Il Codice di condotta per le collaborazioni scientifiche elenca i criteri etici che l'ETH di Zurigo applica alle cooperazioni nel settore della ricerca.
- La gestione delle donazioni finanziarie, come ad esempio donazioni, eredità o lasciti, è regolamentata dal relativo Codice di condotta regolamentato.
- Alcune linee guida generali per un comportamento corretto presso l'ETH di Zurigo sono riportate nella sezione "Norme di comportamento". Compliance Guide.
Attuale
Nuove regole di procedura per la cattiva condotta scientifica
Dal 1° giugno 2024, all'ETH di Zurigo è in vigore un nuovo codice di condotta. Regolamento interno in caso di sospetta cattiva condotta nella ricerca (RSETHZ 415).
