Counselling & Coaching (offered by ETH)
Support in everyday study life & personal matters: coping with unfamiliar academic culture, difficulties with trying to organize daily academic life, and personal issues.
Psychological Counselling Service (offered by University of Zurich and ETH)
Help with adjusting to life in Zurich, unusual high stress levels before exams, conflicts in study / research environment and counselling on cultural integration, especially for international students (several languages offered)
Respect (offered by ETH)
- Advice & support if you witness, or are personally affected by, inappropriate behaviour

Advice on anything from the best pub in town to dealing with exam pressure – or simply somebody to chat with
