Digital Transformation Committee
The Digital Transformation Committee (DTC) advises and supports the Vice President Finance and Controlling with the digitalisation of administrative processes, the implementation of the digitalisation strategy and its periodic further development in accordance with the overall strategy of the ETH Zurich. In doing so, it focuses on the overall interests of the institution.
Digital Transformation Office
The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) is responsible for the management of the DTC. It prepares meetings, writes minutes and documents and keeps the DTC's records. Furthermore, the DTO has the following tasks:
a) It ensures portfolio monitoring and controlling for the implementation of the digitalisation strategy, including maintenance of the roadmap for the attention of the DTC.
b) It provides advice and support to the Administration in the initiation, planning and implementation of projects on behalf of the DTC. This includes in particular the areas of cross-organisational process coverage, the involvement of stakeholders, coordination with other projects, project organisation, the evaluation of technology and the communication of know-how.
