  2. Hiring Manager creates the job advertisement in the external page recruitingtool.
  3. Recruiting Partner organises a kick-off-meeting.
    Participants: Hiring Manager, Recruiting Partner, HR Partner.
  4. Recruiting Partner publishes the job advertisement on suitable platforms.
  5. Recruiting Partner checks the applications received (pre-selection) and creates a shortlist.
  6. Follow-up meeting: Discussion of shortlist.
    Participants: Hiring Manager, Recruiting Partner.
  7. Recruiting Partner organises a 30-minute online interview with the selected candidates.
  8. An in-person interview is organised by the Hiring Manager and, if possible, with some of the team members.
  9. Recruiting Partner requests and obtains the protected page reference.
  10. The preparation of the offer (taking into account the function level) and the other contract components is carried out by the Recruiting Partner in consultation with the HR Partner.
  11. Offer: Hiring Manager informs the selected person.
    Rejection: After consultation with Recruiting Partner.
  12. Recruiting Partner closes the position in the recruitingtool.
  13. Onboarding is carried out by the Hiring Manager and the team
