Changes in organizations are unavoidable in order to respond to new requirements and remain competitive, future-proof and in tune with the times. At the same time, change unsettles many of those involved, as they often have to leave familiar processes, places and people behind and embark on unfamiliar journeys. So how can artificial intelligence help with very human emotions and perhaps even resistance?

In this presentation, we will address the following questions:

• Which AI systems help to communicate in a very appropriate and target group-oriented way?
