During this 90 minute session, ETH postdocs will have the opportunity to discuss themes and challenges related to early research leadership with their peers. Prior to the session, participants will be provided with material to read and reflect upon, which will serve as the basis for the group discussions. Themes include: ? What makes an effective team leader and manager? ? Understanding team dynamics ? Building relationships and communicating with stakeholders ? Features of a positive research culture ? The impact of leadership styles |
