We Tech Together Conference - ETH Diversity Ticket Raffle

In September the 6th edition of external pageWe Tech Together, Switzerland's largest conference for diversity and inclusion in tech, returns to Technopark Zurich.

The event is opened with the Hidden Figures Award ceremony, celebrating women in STEM who excel in their fields and inspire future generations through their remarkable achievements. And who inspired YOU to get passionate about technology? Let us know via E-Mail at until September 19th and win one of the two tickets.

Only for members of ETH Zurich, winners will be selected randomly from the submissions and notified via E-Mail.

Joint diversity workshops with UZH

Together with the Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) department of the University of Zurich, ETH Diversity is offering two full-day workshops (German only) on the topics of inclusive language and LGBTQIA+ for ETH employees for the first time in the fall semester of 2024. 

"Silver" and "Gold" for sustainable and inclusive events at ETH

Anyone organizing a more sustainable and inclusive event at ETH will now be rewarded. From today on, internal silver and gold labels will be awarded to qualifying events. Three new guidelines offer clear direction for event planning and set a higher standard of sustainability for all ETH events.

Researchers and technical-administrative staff with young children can apply for a Robert Gnehm Grant to cover additional expenses for childcare, e.g. for conference visits or further education. For 2024 there are in total 15 grants. Find out more and apply here.
