Facility Management department organises customer satisfaction survey 2016
The Facility Management department has overall responsibility for utilities and building management for all buildings and facilities used by ETH Zurich. It carries out these activities using its own resources or by calling on external service providers.
In autumn 2016, we will once again be carrying out a survey in order to gauge the level of satisfaction amongst our customers.
The intention is to use the assessments, requirements and requests that emerge from this survey as a basis for developing carefully planned measures to boost our users’ trust and satisfaction in our services.
