Start of podcast series on #COVID-19
In response to these exceptional times, we are changing our monthly ETH Podcast into a series of short items dealing with various aspects of the novel form of coronavirus and all its ramifications.
Are there health tips for boosting the immune system? How can genetic data support the real-time analysis of the COVID-19 pandemic? What does the overnight switch to online teaching involve – and how can we avoid going stir-crazy in the coming weeks while working at home? We discuss all these issues, and many more besides, with the help of our researchers in the new ETH Podcast #COVID-19 series.
We kick off with ETH President Jo?l Mesot, who talks about how he is personally dealing with this unique challenge, why it is so important that ETH leads by example as a scientific institution – and why he also sees a great opportunity for teaching and research in this highly unusual situation.
As usual, the podcast is in English, to make it availabe to an international audience and our whole community. You can subscribe to it through any of the usual podcast platforms or listen to it on the web.
