Organisational energy
The 17:15 colloquium on 30 September 2021 will address the question of how organisations can develop in the "new normal" and how they recognise warning signs of overload.
The world we live in is developing at an ever-faster pace. At the same time, the demands of the world of work are increasing. This results in particular challenges for organisations. They need to keep up with new developments, confront changes and at the same time, ensure the organisation is not in danger of burnout. How can organisations remain alert in these times of “the new normal”, while continuing to develop and recognising the warning signs for overload?
The power of collective energy
The concept of organisational energy reveals the existing potential within teams, both in smaller working groups and across the entire company. It makes it clear to what extent teams are making targeted progress towards their goals, without falling into the trap of rushing too fast or exceeding stress limits within the organisation.
The presentation by Charlotte Reif, consultant at energy factory St. Gallen AG, will provide participants with the incentive to use this evidence-based concept. They will also become familiar with strategies that can be applied to consultancy and work with organisations.
The 17:15 Colloquium offers a platform for further education and discussion on the subject matter presented. The formula is a 30-minute presentation + a 30-minute discussion + a round of discussions in small groups = inspiration for our daily working lives.
