For some time now, organisations have been using various measures to increase the proportion of women at the executive level – usually with only moderate success. Even at ETH, only a quarter of leadership roles are held by women.
Could a binding gender quota be the solution? Or could it do more harm than good, and are there more effective options available? Then again, perhaps you also believe there’s actually no need to increase in the proportion of women at management level?
