What are my own internal stressors – and what is the best way to deal with them? These were the questions addressed by the “Health” lunch event on 16 May 2023. Speaker Titus Bürgisser, Head of the Center for Health Promotion at Lucerne University of Teacher Education, illustrated the inner “drivers” that can influence our behaviour and the positive effects they have – and when they can become problematic in the form of inner stressors.
