The Student Exchange Office offers a physical and a virtual counter.

Physical desk

Enlarged view: The closest entrance is the one at the corner of Tannenstrasse and Rämistrasse. Then go to the first floor, the F floor. You will find the desk in the last room before the elevators on the left-hand side.

Purpose: Signing, handing in & receiving documents, general questions
Opening hours
- Mondays & Thursdays, 11.00 to 13.00
- Desk closed: 23, 26, 30 December & 2 January

Virtual desk

Purpose: General questions
Opening hours
- Tuesdays, 11.00 to 12.00 & 16.00 to 17.00, until the end of November
- From December: No more virtual desk

Opening hours vary, e.g. reduced during semester breaks.
