Tips for health and prevention
For successful studies you need a healthy life style. There is a wide range of possibilities for you to stay physically and mentally healthy at ETH Zurich.
What can you do by yourself:
- Eat healthy and be on a balanced diet. Gastronomy
- Be physically active! ASVZ
- Sleep sufficiently!
- Consume alcohol thoughtfully and avoid recreational drugs!
- Care about your mental health proactively!
It is normal to feel destressed or anxious in the demanding everyday university life. Therefore, you should take care proactively about your mental state and influence it positively.

- Find possibilities to relax or meditate.
