The goal of mentoring is to accompany the mentee on his path into the German labour market. Topics such as everyday working life and corporate culture in Germany, how to look for a job, the application process, etc. will be discussed and practiced. And with a view to the future, a joint strategy development for profession and career is a good idea. The THIntegriert team is available to the mentor for questions and further advice.

For our mentoring tandems, we are looking for professionally experienced mentors who are open and willing to share their professional and personal experiences with the participants of THIntegriert and who are interested in exchanging ideas with professionals from abroad.

Ideally, the mentoring extends over phases 2 and 3 (October 2023 to September 2024) of THIntegriert. In this phase, your mentee already has a solid command of German and is currently working on acquiring digital skills. The mentoring is an important support in the transition to the internship in phase 3, which starts in March 2024. Your commitment is planned at approx. 1 hour per week. The exact implementation takes place in personal consultation between mentor and mentee.
